Due to the hygienic nature of the products, purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

Shipping and Processing can take up to 7 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. LÈVRE LLC will not be liable once package is with the carrier. Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays with the carrier.



It is highly suggested to do a small patch test for allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products. Please discontinue use if you experience any irritation.


Will my product melt/freeze/dry/expire/etc.?

If the product is exposed to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture. Color of gloss may vary from clear to yellowish clear due to handmade processing. 

While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended to be used within 12 months after opening for best product quality.
